About Jeff Nanson:
Hello, my name is Jeff Nanson and my grandfather being a carpenter got me passionate about woodworking at an early age. Through the years I've worked in the carpentry business including home repair and renovations, as well as fence and deck building. I've also worked in the furniture business with responsibilities being repair, refinishing, delivery and installation. I've also taken some related classes to expand my knowledge and skill.

Services
What I Do:
Today I produce a variety of handmade solid wood products including shelves, coat racks, entryway organizers and several other useful and decorative items. We may stock certain smaller items but most will be made to order. As the company name implies, most of my products are made using pine wood. Other species may be used depending on your preference and it's availability. I only use sustainability sourced domestic lumber and will not use any endangered species. I like to think we're moving away from a "throw away" society and while some similar items may be found cheaper in stores, they are not made to last. My products will last for decades if properly taken care of.
Other Services:
Local delivery is available (price varies depending on location). Refinishing services & Installation of our products is also available.
A Little Something About Pine
Methuselah, in California's white mountains, is a bristlecone pine tree which is documented as being 4853 years old! It is widely recognized as being the planet's oldest single living thing.
"Pine tree" is the common name for conifer trees in the Pinus genus (be careful pronouncing that one) Pine trees are one of the few groups of trees that do not produce flowers or fruit and the seeds of the bishop pine tree are only released during a forest fire.
